1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Our team will review the request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

4. Johnsole India Cancellation Rights

Johnsole India reserves the right to cancel any order in certain situations, including:

  • Product availability issues
  • Errors in product pricing or description
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
