1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns on products once they have been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective, or
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the product showing the issue
    • A short description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond as soon as possible.

4. Refund Approval

If the refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
